At Grupo Pantaleon, we proudly celebrate one of the traditions that best reflects our essence: the 2025 Years of Service Recognition, a special ceremony held across all our operations to honor those who, through their work and commitment, have left a meaningful mark on our history.
This year, more than 150 employees were recognized for reaching between 5 and 45 years of service, highlighting their leadership, consistency, and passion over time.
