Pantaleon recognizes annually our workers´ contributions by celebrating the years they have formed part of the company in multiples of 5: 5 years, 10 years, 15 years, 20 years and so on. This annual celebration called “Pantaleon Trajectory” is of great importance to the organization as it allows us to recognize individual accomplishments and create a positive organizational environment.
At these events, held in each operation, managers of each unit recognize the individual achievements and contributions to the team. The event focuses on highlighting gratitude towards each employee, satisfaction, and pride, motivating them to continue being part of this journey.
In December 2020, the Monte Rosa’s Sugar Mill in Nicaragua celebrated this event complying the COVID-19 restrictions. Despite celebrating in a different way, with social distance and masks, the event´s essence was preserved. We thank all our employees for their contributions.
