During the First Regional Congress of the Company Clinic System, the Guatemalan Social Security Institute (IGSS) granted Ingenio Pantaleón the Occupational Health and Safety Award in the category of “Innovation in Occupational Health and Safety Programs.” This recognition highlights our commitment to the well-being of our employees and the implementation of innovative practices in the workplace.
The congress brought together national and international authorities, as well as representatives from various social security institutions in the region, with the aim of exchanging experiences and strengthening occupational health with a preventive approach. As part of the event, the first edition of the Occupational Health and Safety Award ceremony was held to recognize companies that are committed to promoting health and safety in their workplaces. This award underscores the joint efforts between the IGSS and companies, who implement initiatives such as medical campaigns, training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
