The Pantaleon Regional Training Center is a strategic project aimed at strengthening the technical capabilities of the operational team, with the goal of ensuring sugarcane supply to the Pánuco and El Mante mills. This new facility was designed to meet the needs of agricultural operations and features harvest simulators that replicate real working conditions. This technology enables safe and hands-on training focused on improving field performance.
The 2025 goal is to train and certify 130 harvest operators, 80 maintenance mechanics, and 40 tractor operators. In addition, training processes will be provided for harvest supervisors, field managers, and crew chiefs, enhancing both technical and leadership skills in the field.
The inauguration event also marked the graduation of the first class of certified harvester operators through our internal training program. This group, consisting of nine employees —seven men and two women— successfully completed the training and evaluation process, certifying their ability to operate machinery in a safe, technical, and efficient manner.
With this initiative, at Grupo Pantaleon we reaffirm our commitment to local technical talent and operational excellence as pillars for the sustainable growth of the agroindustry.
