With great satisfaction, Ingenio Pantaleón celebrates two events that reflect our continued commitment to talent development and the growth of the communities where we operate: the closing of the Labor Competency Certification process and the graduation of the Technical Training Schools from the program Sowing Skills, Transforming Lives.
Labor Competency Certification: 289 collaborators recognized for their experience
On November 5, a total of 289 collaborators were certified through INTECAP in various operational and technical positions, including:
- Mechanics and welders
- Tire repair technicians
- Tractor and harvester operators
- Mechanized planting team leaders
- Seed cane transport drivers
- Cane loader spotters
- Loader operators
- Irrigation pump operators
This certification recognizes the experience, knowledge, and dedication of each participant and reaffirms our commitment to offering opportunities that strengthen their professional growth.
Technical Training Schools: 187 participants complete their learning process
On November 6, we also celebrated the closing of 12 Technical Training Schools, where 187 participants—both collaborators and members of rural communities—completed their training in specialties such as:
- Tractor operation
- Harvester operation
- Harvester welding and mechanics
- Light vehicle, fire truck, dump truck, and cane transport drivers
This program is part of Sowing Skills, Transforming Lives, an initiative that builds stronger career pathways and creates new opportunities for families in surrounding communities.
Acknowledgments and Commitment
We extend our appreciation to INTECAP, Guatecaña, our area leaders, evaluators, and mentors, whose support made these training, certification, and development processes possible.
At Grupo Pantaleon, we firmly believe that people’s development is the foundation of a more prosperous and sustainable future. These achievements represent concrete steps forward, built together with those who are part of our operation and our communities.
