We are proud to announce that our Female Tractor Operators School Program: “Sowing skills, transforming lives”, has been selected to receive the 2025 Worker Award, the highest distinction granted by Bantrab. This recognition celebrates the extraordinary performance, spirit of service, and positive community impact demonstrated by our operators.
The Worker Award is granted to only 50 individuals or projects each year, following a rigorous evaluation process that honors those who dignify work with integrity, commitment, and passion. For Ingenio Pantaleón and Grupo Pantaleon, this award is a testament to the value of promoting female talent in the agro-industrial sector and to our commitment to social transformation.
The Tractor Operators School aims to train and develop the technical and behavioral skills of women from our surrounding communities, opening doors to employment opportunities in non-traditional work areas. The program offers comprehensive training, ranging from the operation and maintenance of agricultural machinery to workshops on self-esteem, women’s health, personal finance, and family planning.
This achievement reaffirms the importance of continuing to invest in initiatives that help transform lives and communities.
