We join forces with Enactus, to promote the generation of ideas that provide solutions to social problems through agricultural innovation, problems that can become business opportunities. The BootCamp is the leading acceleration program for early-stage entrepreneurs, with the purpose of developing skills and transferring knowledge that allow them to strengthen their business model.
Through the program, we accelerate 21 ventures virtually through expert panels, workshops and mentoring sessions in various topics to improve their business models. The program culminates with a final competition, in which several judges, including Pantaleon personnel, select the winning venture. This year, BioReact was selected as the first price winner of our 2020 Bootcamp.
BioReact venture is developing a natural insecticide and acaricide for the control of common pests in vegetables and fruit trees. The winner was credited with $ 5,000 of seed capital, and the first three places received mentoring and advising sessions on different topics that will help him continue developing their businesses.
