As part of our commitment to ecosystem conservation and responsible landscape management, we carried out two important reforestation events on our farms in Guatemala, bringing together employees, families, and students in actions that strengthen biological corridors and local biodiversity.
Employees and Families Surpass the Planting Goal with More Than 4,500 Trees
More than 50 employees from Ingenio Pantaleón, together with their families, actively participated in the 2025 Reforestation Campaign. The purpose of this initiative is to restore ecosystems, improve ecological connectivity, and promote healthier environments for local wildlife and vegetation.
We set a goal of planting 4,000 trees, but thanks to a collective effort we surpassed it, reaching 4,516 trees planted. Each tree represents life, a future, and a strong commitment to the planet.
Students from Centro Educativo Pantaleon Join in Planting the Future
In a second event, students from Centro Educativo Pantaleon, together with the teams from Grupo Pantaleon and Fundación Pantaleon, took part in a meaningful and educational reforestation activity.
More than planting trees, this initiative sought to cultivate environmental awareness, strengthen values, and encourage the care of our common home from an early age. Each child and collaborator who placed their hands in the soil planted a promise of life and hope for future generations.
